La Faculté des sciences sociales compte plus de 250 professeures et professeurs et 10 000 étudiante et étudiants au sein de ses 9 unités scolaires. Les membres de son corps professoral avancent les savoirs, guident les politiques publiques et font une différence concrète au sein des communautés. La Faculté a connu une augmentation de 61 % en intensité de recherche depuis 2018 et a reçu 18,4 M$ en financement de la recherche au cours de la dernière année. Innovation en recherche et maintien d’une expérience d’apprentissage de grande qualité. Développement et accompagnement du corps professoral et du personnel. Forges de relations excellentes avec les partenaires de la Faculté. Exécution de la vision stratégique de la Faculté. Qualifications Doctorat, et capacité à être nommé au rang de professeure ou professeur titulaire. Leadership académique distingué dans les sciences sociales. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Expérience en administration et en gestion des finances. Engagement résolu en faveur de la réconciliation et de l’excellence en matière d’inclusion. Vision convaincante pour faire rayonner davantage la recherche tout en perpétuant la qualité de l’enseignement et de l’expérience d’apprentissage.
