The more value you deliver, the greater your reward. Pre‑Construction – Laying the Foundation Review plans and specifications to fully understand project scope. Define critical milestones, schedules, and expectations. Prepare the site for seamless execution through proactive communication and organization. Construction – Orchestrating the Build Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to hit timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Lead and coordinate trade partners according to the construction schedule. Ensure all trades understand and respect their scope of work. Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they become obstacles. After‑Sales Service – The Final Touch Deliver exceptional client service after project completion. Handle small touch‑ups and finishing tasks with professionalism. What We’re Looking For 5 or more years of residential construction experience with deep knowledge of the home‑building process. Ability to oversee all phases of residential construction, including hands‑on tasks when needed. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication in English and French. Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings. Adaptable, motivated, and solution‑oriented. Valid driver’s license and security cards. Performance Targets Manage 5‑7 home sites simultaneously. Standard hours: Monday‑Friday. Your results are measurable, and so are your rewards. The better you perform, the more you earn. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, permanent employee position with growth potential. Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience. Performance bonuses may be available based on project results. Company vehicle provided. 6 weeks paid vacation and 6 paid sick days. Cell phone provided.
