You will join the Marketplace team, which is responsible for delivering performance growth, transparency, and trust to merchants so they can confidently invest, scale, and succeed on our platform. What You’ll Do Define and drive the product strategy for merchant performance growth, intelligence, and attribution; build tools and systems that improve traffic quality, empower merchants with actionable insights, and deliver trusted attribution and reporting. Lead product strategy for Merchant Performance Growth, with levers such as campaign tools, traffic quality controls, and creative/placement options to improve outcomes and drive revenue. Build Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities, including performance dashboards, actionable insights, predictive demand signals, and reporting for merchants and partnerships. Develop reliable tracking, automated link validation, and incrementality models to prove ROI from the channel. Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and partnerships to improve traffic quality and relevance; ensure high-intent clicks and higher conversion. Work with partnerships, analytics, and design to position the platform as a trusted, high-performance acquisition channel. Define clear metrics tied to incremental GMV, merchant ROI, and retention; prioritize initiatives to strengthen merchant trust and long-term supply health. What We Look For Merchant-first mindset aligned to goals such as incremental revenue, ROI, and scalability. Strategic execution: ability to navigate ambiguity, build 0→1 products, and scale systems. Analytical rigor: familiarity with funnels, attribution, incrementality, and data-driven prioritization. Cross-functional leadership: ability to influence engineering, data science, partnerships, PMM, and design. End-to-end product ownership with measurable impact on revenue or growth. Autonomy: comfortable leading initiatives independently while collaborating across teams. Experience: 6+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, ads, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems. Compensation & Benefits CAN base pay range per year: $178,000 - $228,000. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, stipends for health, wellness, technology, and other benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). Equity Grade: 7. Pay Grade: P. Affirm emphasizes a simple and transparent pay structure based on location, experience, and job-related skills.
