Job Description

This is a results-oriented Retail Representative role that involves utilizing retail sales experience in a strategic way.

  • Develop direct sales, merchandising, and POS placement strategies to drive results.
  • Communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions, and guidelines with clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure 100% distribution of existing items and maintain accurate handheld reporting.
  • Place new items, adhere to shelving guidelines and plan-o-grams, and perform pricing audits.
  • Build displays, place point-of-sale material, and negotiate product placement.
  • Build relationships with store personnel, communicate client information, and sell promotions.
Qualifications
  • Retail sales experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to build relationships, and problem-solving skills.
