Customer Experience Associate (Future Opportunities) Location: Woodstock, Ontario, Canada Hours: 15 hours (part‑time) Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD (competitive and fair) Department Overview At TD Canada Trust, we are the front line of TD Bank. We build deep and lasting relationships with our customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information, advice and solutions on services, products and solutions to existing or prospective TD customers. We identify opportunities to promote products and services and refer customers to the appropriate team member or internal bank partner while ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Overview In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and accurate financial transactions. You will recommend banking solutions tailored to customers’ needs, promote TD products and help create a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and fellow colleagues. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to TD’s operating procedures, regulations and Code of Conduct. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely. Connect personally with customers to explain products and processes clearly. Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and support team effectiveness. Assist the team by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated and keeping everyone informed about routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet. A go‑getter who can exercise initiative, be accurate, detail oriented and manage several tasks and changing priorities. A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing with diverse people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
