Description Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned professional and dynamic Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain to lead the Small Business Compliance Team. The role requires a deep understanding of federal regulations concerning small business participation in government contracts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute processes that support the company’s commitment to small business engagement. What You Will Do Lead and manage the enterprise Small Business Compliance Team to comply with the FAR and other relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to small business participation in government contracts and subcontracts. Partner with SBLOs to monitor regulatory changes and industry standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and competitiveness. Support compliance reviews from the U.S. Government, internal audit, and other oversight agencies as required. Represent the organization as a Small Business subject‑matter expert. Interact with internal and external personnel on significant matters, coordinating with various business functions across the enterprise. Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on small business program compliance issues. Analyze performance data, develop solutions or alternatives to optimize performance. Represent Northrop Grumman at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to small business. Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and ethical professional behavior within the organization. Work with cross‑functional teams to interpret small business requirements and identify small businesses to support program requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma and 14+ years of experience Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in government, defense, or aerospace compliance In‑depth knowledge of federal regulations related to small business participation in government contracts and subcontracts, including FAR and DFARS Experience leading and managing a team Project management skills – the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience working with small businesses in a government contracting and subcontracting environment Flexibility to travel up to 10% annually Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a small business audit Familiarity with the DoD Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan Experience developing and implementing small business initiatives Experience growing a small business program Knowledge of SBIR/STTR programs Understanding of Mentor‑Protégé programs Experience providing proposal support Experience leading and influencing without direct authority Experience hosting virtual events Salary Primary level salary range: $140,500.00 – $210,700.00 (based on experience, education, and market conditions).
