The biggest fire burning today is how to handle a large volume of inbound leads, along with building an Account Management & Expansion team and playbook that can grow existing accounts. Ultimately, you will have full ownership of the AE, AM and CSM functions, and will be the Founding Sales hire under the CEO.Skills and RequirementsYou have built the AM, Inbound/Inside Sales, and/or CSM function for an early-stage B2B SaaS startup, ideally one that has scaled within the $1M - to - $10M ARR range.You're accustomed to dealing with a large volume of inbound leads, and have exceeded expectations with regards to converting them.You are used to operating in a Player-Coach capacity and not afraid to be hands‑on.Extra bonus points if you have experience selling an AI native SaaS solution to Enterprise accounts.This role is fully remote, anywhere in the USA, and you're able to travel to NYC once every couple of months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
