Responsabilités Vente et service à la clientèle Former, superviser et encadrer l’équipe pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente Superviser les opérations quotidiennes incluant l'inventaire et la caisse Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients en offrant un service de haute qualité Maintenir la propreté et l'esthétique du magasin Assurer le respect des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise Contribuer à la mise en valeur du magasin conformément aux directives

Exigences Expérience préalable en gestion de magasin ou dans un poste similaire Fortes compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle Aptitude à analyser les données de vente et à élaborer des stratégies Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions Passion pour le commerce de détail et compréhension des tendances et besoins du marché Aptitudes informatiques
