As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing from scratch our new native iOS app, ultimately enhancing the healthcare experience for more than a million patients and healthcare providers. In This Role You Will Help establish the mobile vision for our iOS app Milestone the continuous delivery of new features and experience Take ownership of the end‑to‑end mobile engineering lifecycle as the first and founding mobile engineer on the team — an opportunity to build from the ground up Lead the development of our mobile app Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand their needs and shape our mobile roadmap Advocate for the right way to leverage Apple’s ecosystem toward our roadmap, extending from iOS to WatchOS and beyond Encourage best practices in mobile engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation What You’ll Need To Be Successful 5+ years of experience in mobile iOS engineering or a similar role, with a strong foundation in building scalable and performant consumer experiences Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a proven ability to partner with teams across an organization while maintaining a strong sense of ownership Experience with Apple’s iOS SDK (nice to have: WatchOS, VisionOS, iPadOS) People love working here for these reasons and more: working remotely, competitive salaries and benefits (including stock options for every employee), four weeks of paid time off, unlimited paid wellness days, extended mental health coverage, and 16 weeks of parental leave top‑up.
