We’re currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our passionate team. About the role Service: Windsor Neighbourhood Child Care Centre Role: Permanent Full time (38hrs per week) Room: Junior Kindy (2-3 years) Qualification Required: Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program Support children to grow and develop and commit to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy, safe and nurturing environment Participate in professional and personal development Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy Job Requirements Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard Effective workplace communication skills Why Join Us Above Award Pay – Enjoy a competitive salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
