Job Title Mobile Mortgage Specialist Job Summary TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeking proven sales professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will develop and maintain customer relationships, target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence, and execute a sales strategy that supports the organization’s growth objectives. Responsibilities Develop mortgage development initiatives, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. Build your own business using TD’s #1 rated brand in Canada. Work closely with your Senior District Sales Manager, participating in joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions. Utilize the sales management systems designed for our sales channel to manage activities and performance. Continue to grow your career within TD, leveraging the comprehensive training and support for new hires. Qualifications Highly motivated individual, self‑starter with exceptional sales skills. Independent, self‑managed professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive market. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication. Post‑secondary education (preferred). Compensation & Benefits A competitive commission package with unlimited earning potential.
