As a Human Resources Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leaders — helping shape a workplace where people and performance thrive. You’ll bring insight, initiative, and influence to every conversation, guiding leaders through workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational design. This role is ideal for someone who’s both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on partner — someone who builds credibility quickly, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen. What You’ll Do Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs, succession plans, and strategies that drive organizational effectiveness. Advise and Coach: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and workplace culture. Lead with Data: Use metrics and analytics to spot trends, identify risks, and inform decision-making around engagement, retention, and talent. Champion Change: Support leaders through organizational change, ensuring people strategies align with business priorities. Connect and Influence: Build strong, trusted relationships across departments — bridging employees, managers, and HR’s functional specialists. What You’ll Bring University degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field of 4+ years of progressive HR experience Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication skills — clear, collaborative, and confident. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes. A self-starter — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complexity. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and organizational development principles.
