Position Title Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Employment Status Full‑time; Permanent Compensation January 2025 Rate: $72,837.66-90,183.82 a.s per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU) Once ACA certified, receive a $1,741.22 / Monthly ACA premium applied as applicable up to the annual amount of $20,000.00* Location Sudbury To note: As this is not a touring position, candidates must live or be willing to relocate within close proximity to the base location. Hours of Work Rotating day shift pattern of 5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on and 5 days off. May be required to work various shifts and overtime, including days, weekends, statutory holidays, and on‑call in a 24/7 environment. As this is not a touring position Skills and Qualifications Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications: Must hold a current and valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license. Experience AW139 or PC12 considered an asset. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and e‑mail. Valid Canadian passport or ability to work in Canada and ability to travel to the U.S.A. Ability to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
