Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Receptionist to work for Porsche in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

Pay Rate: 18.00.hour
Location: North York, ON
Shift: 8 hours
Must be available to work within dealership hours -
Monday to Thursday – 7:30AM to 6:00 PM
Friday – 7:30AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday – 7:30AM – 6PM

Responsibilities:
Being a Porsche Brand Ambassador
Ensure the customers and prospects have an outstanding and first class customer experience
Welcome Porsche customers in a pleasant and professional manner and address their needs
Answer phone calls in a professional manner, greeting and directing them accordingly
Provide accurate information to Porsche customers and visitors
Act as a liaison between the Porsche Customer and Staff
Complying with Porsche Customer Service standards
Managing payments and deposits and prepare appropriate receipts/invoices
Ensure the waiting area is always neat and presentable
Achieving assigned targets
Continuous personal development
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
1 to 2 years previous Reception experience
1 to 2 years customer service experience (preferable in a premium brand)
Automotive industry experience is an asset
Business and/or technical education at a university/college
Working knowledge of standard computer applications (i.e. MS Office) & Outlook
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Energetic and positive mindset
Self-motivated with a results driven approach
A team player and problem solver
A clear verbal and written communicator
High levels of self-discipline and organizational ability
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
