If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity: Who we're looking for: We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on professional to lead the evolution of our cloud‑based data infrastructure. In this role, you’ll define and execute a forward‑thinking DevOps strategy, champion automation and platform modernization, and guide a high‑performing team through Agile delivery cycles. You’ll collaborate across architecture, governance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. What you'll do: Strategic Leadership Define and evolve the DevOps strategy for enterprise data platforms.Maintain and communicate a roadmap for platform capabilities and modernization. Platform Engineering & Automation Lead implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and automated deployment practices.Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, scalability, and performance. Team Management Manage a high‑performing team of platform administrators and data engineers.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Operational Excellence Oversee SRE activities including observability, cost optimization, and incident response.Ensure platform stability, compliance, and performance against defined KPIs. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with architecture, governance, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to evaluate and implement new technologies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations and delivery. Agile Delivery Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure DevOps practices align with Agile principles.Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of platform enhancements. Technical Oversight Guide the implementation of data engineering solutions using ADF, PySpark, and other modern tools.Ensure robust integration of relational and NoSQL databases within the platform. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Technical Expertise Proven experience with CI/CD tools and practices in cloud environments (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).Strong understanding of DevOps processes, automation, and platform engineering principles.Hands‑on experience with data engineering tools like ADF, PySpark, and orchestration frameworks. Cloud & Certifications Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); certifications are a plus. Database Knowledge Familiarity with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Agile & Collaboration Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).Exposure to data governance and security frameworks.
