We have a current opening for a Senior CDP Architect & Data Strategist to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our clients proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. This senior leader will design and guide how customer data is structured, unified, and activated across channels. The role connects marketing strategy with data architecture to ensure we can deliver trusted, personalized experiences everywhere customers engage. Key responsibilities Lead the design of a customer data model built for marketing execution Advise the dev team on how to unify sources into a single, trusted profile Oversee CDP implementations & ongoing maintenance Map how data flows across systems and channels Define standards for integrations, contracts, and scale Lead cross‑channel analytics & attribution strategy Campaign data strategy Play a supporting role in segmentation and audience strategy Guide activation across email, paid, social, search, and 1:1 channels Create segments, data pulls/integration, and data delivery for campaigns Salesforce Data Cloud experience Led or advise on Data Cloud implementations Knowledge of harmonization, calculated insights, and activation Familiar with connectors to Marketing Cloud and ad platforms Understanding of Data Cloud objects and governance tools Other qualifications Understands data privacy, governance and ethics Knows API connectors, programming, load limits Understands and can advise on cost consumption considerations and minimizing data transfer costs Owned CDP data architecture (mid‑market/enterprise) Proven list/campaign orchestration and execution 5+ years of experience JAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
