We are open to both part-time and full-time permanent contracts working Monday to Friday (no weekend or shift work). p>
We offer a comprehensive 2 weeks of full-time training and orientation held both virtually and face-to-face in our Coolangatta office (all expenses covered). p>

The role:
- Working independently within your region, utilising your assessment experience to conduct holistic style Home Care and Complex Aged care Assessments with a client-centred approach focusing on wellness and reablement.
- Supporting older Australians to continue living independently, by considering supports such as assistive technology, social support services, and community care.
- Travel to Aged Care Facilities to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments.
About you:
- Experience in assessment and goal-oriented support planning in aged, community, health or social services.
- Local knowledge and the ability to network with stakeholders within your region.
- Advanced IT skills with previous experience working across multiple platforms (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience working with KPI’s to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
- Evidence of an influenza vaccination (for the 2024 Flu Season).
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations (minimum two doses + Booster).
