Responsibilities Equipment sales with new/existing customers Build loyal/long-term customer relationships Provide top tier customer support & follow-up Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions Develop innovative strategies to increase sales Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas Create brand awareness in your area Conduct equipment/product demos Requirements Exceptional customer service & communication Extensive knowledge of ag equipment Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field Strong time mgmt, organizational, computer skills 3+ years of previous sales exp Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products Significant independent travel, valid drivers licence Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary CONNECT with us today We offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across SK & MB offer endless opportunities for you to GROW.
