If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash is the place for you.As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers. This position is focused on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.You will have the opportunity to:Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisorDrive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expertBring an experience design-focused mindset to solutionsWork with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goalsProvide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plansTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutionsCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilitiesRequired Qualifications:3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role5+ years of CRM industry experienceAbility to drive requirement gatheringExperience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales CloudExperience with GenAI prompt writingHands on experience with at least one of the following:Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platformsProven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systemsAbility to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytellingComfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiencesWilling and able learner of new technologiesPreferred Skills:Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutionsWhat can you expect in the interview process?Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experienceYou’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examplesYou’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get therePanel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutesThe call will be split into two parts:You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)You’ll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash delivery team membersLeadership interview (Video) - 45 minutesYou’ll meet with a member of our leadership teamWhat’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%.
