The Role As Product Development Manager you’ll steer the process from contract to purchase order. Manage supplier relationships across formulation and packaging Work closely with chemists, packaging engineers and internal design and supply‑chain teams Ensure every product meets the highest quality standards while hitting aggressive launch dates Your goal is to keep projects moving quickly without compromising quality.
