About the role You will manage a varied caseload involving : Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property Agricultural transactions including farm sales, purchases and tenancy arrangements Rural land matters, including crofting and estates Supporting clients with a wide range of property-related legal issues You’ll work closely with the firms' established client base of landowners, farmers, rural businesses and commercial enterprises, delivering clear, practical advice with a personal touch. About you Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property law (commercial and / or agricultural) Strong understanding of rural business needs and the Scottish property market Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑care skills Self‑motivated and able to manage a diverse workload A genuine interest in living and working in a rural community Why join?
