Are you said to be a versatile and meticulous person? You are the person we need ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Clean entryways and common areas Clean the administrative office Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Keep the work environment clean Maintain and clean the premises Maintain property areas and systems Maintain the garden Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building Taking out the trash Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
