Contact Center - Insurance Advisor Are you looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives Typical Day Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times. Answer customer inquiries, striving for one-touch resolution. Optimize sales opportunities while prioritizing the customer’s needs. Access information from online databases to complete customer transactions. Make outbound calls for policy renewals and account reviews. Adapt sales strategy based on call nature and customer priorities. Qualifications Level 2 General Insurance License required. 2‑3 years in a sales or customer service role with passion for exemplary service. Professional experience building rapport over phone and email. Location Remote in British Columbia, Canada. Hours Full Time – 37.5 hours/week. Mon‑Fri 7am‑7pm PST. Saturdays 9am‑5pm PST.
