Act as a trusted technical mentor and partner, while guiding the architecture and contributing hands‑on when most valuable to the team. Proactively seek feedback and communicate progress, learnings, and blockers to drive alignment across teams. Manage team members with a focus on enabling a supportive, inclusive, growth‑oriented, and outcome‑focused culture. Create an environment where direct reports are proud to work at Swiftly, as measured by employee retention and employee satisfaction scores. What Will Set You Up For Success 3+ years of experience in team leadership and people management. Proven experience guiding teams toward outcomes and delivering end‑to‑end products in cloud‑based SaaS environments. Experience taking a product or feature from concept to launch and scaling it for broader use. Strong ability to support team execution by clarifying goals and breaking down work effectively. Comfortable applying modern AI tools and techniques in the software development lifecycle to accelerate development. Broad experience across the stack (frontend, backend, data). Bonus if you have experience with AWS, JavaScript/Vue.js, Postgres, Java. You seek and internalize feedback (a core Swiftly value) and approach technical debates with humility.
