Bilingual Regional Sales Associate (English/Mandarin) Join to apply for the Bilingual Regional Sales Associate (English/Mandarin) role at Canada Life Permanent Full Time What you will do Work closely with the outside wholesaler (Regional Sales Manager) and inside wholesaler (Regional Sales Representative) Managing activity for the territory Clearing the path & support on wholesale opportunities by sorting, prioritizing and responding to incoming advisor inquiries and follow up with key contacts to maintain advisor confidence in sales process Reporting on Salesforce opportunities, segmentation & activity management and in COGNOS reporting on sales results Preparing for special events and campaigns Implementing operational and sales support tacticsFacilitating weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda to elicit collaboration and efficiency within territory Ensuring data integrity by inputting and maintaining advisor related information in CRM database, Salesforce, as changes are required Providing general administrative support Participate and attend sales conferences and meetings We are looking for individuals who Are fully Bilingual in English and Mandarin Are growth oriented, self‑starters, problem solvers, active listeners, and passionate about wealth management/investing, the markets, finding solutions, and working with people Completed post‑secondary education, Commerce (or related) degree Are completing, completed, or are strongly motivated to complete their CSC/IFIC certification Have experience in sales or hospitality industries, or any experience which requires strong communication skills and is client‑facing Are focused on and are interested in building strong, collaborative relationships Have strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines Are goal‑oriented and are passionate about learning how various sales processes can provide a clear path for the sales team to drive sales results The base salary for this position is between $49,900.00 - $74,800.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
