Bilingual (French/English) Medical Customer Experience Associate Science & Humans is a leading hormone health platform based in Mississauga, ON. Our end-to-end digital platform offers scientifically proven treatments, products, and devices for Hormones, Aging-well, Longevity, and Sexual Wellness. With over 50,000 satisfied customers, Science & Humans is Canada’s largest hormone health platform. We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Medical Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. As the first point of contact for our French- and English-speaking patients, you will handle patient inquiries, concerns, and support needs while ensuring a seamless and patient-centered experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker with a passion for healthcare and patient care. Key Responsibilities Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Resolve patient issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor patient feedback and contribute to service improvements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely patient information. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment details. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer support or patient experience preferred. Ability to empathize with patients and address their needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a medical setting is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Compensation This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 to $26 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications as well as health benefits and paid time off. Why Join Us?
