Our region delivers exceptional design solutions that elevate functionality and create spaces that inspire, engage, and bring people together.RESPONSIBILITIESInternal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners.Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.Preparation and review of conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.Manage multiple projects, budgets and effectively meet deadlines.Preparation and review of design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.Assist with contract administration and site inspections.QUALIFICATIONSProfessional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.Minimum of 7-10 years experience working as a Landscape ArchitectMember or Associate Member of OALA or eligibility for membershipPreference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Civil3D and Rhino; Adobe Creative Suite; and Microsoft 365 environmentBilingual (English and French) would be considered an assetAbout UsWhy Choose Us?Architecture49 is a growing firm with promising career opportunities for talented people.
