Could it be you?About the RoleAs a Functional Consultant – RGM and TPM, you will lead strategic consulting engagements for Retail and Consumer Goods clients, focusing on optimizing revenue growth and trade promotion strategies. You will be a valued member of the RCGTH Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project teams, and junior consultants.In This Role, You WillDeliver consulting projects focused on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPx), ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives.Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and TPx software vendor landscape to identify growth and optimization opportunities.Develop and implement RGM and TPx strategies, including pricing, trade promotions, assortment optimization, channel strategies, and closed-loop TPx processes.Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing domain expertise across RGM and TPx.Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Work model – RemoteWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Regardless of your working arrangement, we support a healthy work-life balance through wellbeing programs.What You Must Have To Be ConsideredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).5–7 years of experience in the CPG industry with hands‑on experience in RGM and TPx strategy, process, and digital transformation.Deep understanding of RGM principles (pricing strategy, trade promotion management, assortment optimization) and TPx closed‑loop processes (budgeting, planning, claims, ROI analysis).Experience with RGM and TPx SaaS software such as SAP TPM, Salesforce TPM, XTEL, PriceFx, Vendavo, Pros, Vistex, Telus, Visualfabriq.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team of consultants.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, focusing on exceptional client service.These Will Help You SucceedExperience contributing to thought leadership materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and industry presentations.Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the Retail/CPG sector.Hands‑on experience with RGM and TPx analytics and SaaS platforms.Compensation$85,000 - $100,000BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) plan and contributionsEmployee stock purchase planEmployee assistance program10 paid holidays plus PTOPaid parental leave and fertility assistanceLearning and development certifications and programsPost Closing DateApplications will be accepted until 11/15/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
