Senior Manager, Machine Learning

We’re seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Manager of Machine Learning & Applied Science to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced NLP, LLM, and agent-based systems that power our AI capabilities.This is a deeply technical leadership role for someone who actively engages with the latest research, prototypes innovative approaches, and translates them into production-grade solutions that deliver measurable customer impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead Modeling and System DevelopmentOwn the scope, architecture, and delivery of ML models and systems across NLP, large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.Ensure initiatives are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with product objectives.Hands-On Applied Science and EngineeringActively review research papers, identify promising techniques, and adapt them into working prototypes.
