Job DescriptionThe Solution Architect's primary role is to design, build, and deliver solutions that effectively address the business requirements. The role places a significant focus on Salesforce while also exploring emerging technologies. Additionally, the Solution Architect plays a vital role in mentoring and coaching other senior engineers.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient applications on Salesforce.Guide and mentor development teams on sound design and coding principles, best practices in API-based, and Cloud environments.Develop Salesforce architectural standards for business applications.Drive standardization, maintenance, and use of coding libraries such as UI frameworks, integration patterns to be used in conjunction with Salesforce.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 2 years of experience in IT.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform features, including integration patterns, data model, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce customization and optimization.
- Competent to work at the highest level of all phases of application program/system design and implementation.
- Experienced in DevOps methodologies.
