About the Role:

Reporting to the President, the VP of Operations and Services will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day company operations and services, including strategy, structure, processes, and controls. This role will ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective processes to meet the current and future needs of the organization. You will work closely with your experienced team to ensure that customer expectations are met through strong customer service and technical support for their Clarion capital equipment and purchases. p>

The successful applicant will:

  • Participate as a member of the Executive Leadership team and work with colleagues in setting the strategic direction of the company.
  • Ensure team and company activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  • Ensure competency and coverage of department is sufficient in meeting financial and non-financial performance requirements and KPIs.
