Skills & Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Confident using online tools and video conferencing platforms. Self‑motivated and proactive, with a solutions‑focused mindset. Leadership or sales/marketing experience highly regarded.
