OverviewAndar Software is hiring a passionate, detail-driven Finance Director to work directly with the General Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll challenge the norm, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally with top-tier finance professionals, all while enjoying the freedom of working remotely.What You’ll DoLead all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.Drive process improvements and champion new technologies to modernize financial operations.Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership, helping shape company strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full-cycle accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial operations.Lead budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with department heads to set ambitious yet achievable targets.Deliver clear, actionable financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with IFRS and all relevant regulations.Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls.Monitor KPIs and leverage data to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.Drive business and process transformation, streamlining workflows and supporting data-driven decisions.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15 and 16).Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses is a plus.Canadian accounting experience is an asset.Professional CompetenciesProactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented.Strong communicator—able to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.Highly organized, with a focus on key priorities and results.Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective.Collaborative team builder, skilled at fostering relationships across the organization.Why Join Andar Software?Competitive salaryFlexibility around working hoursWork from homeBenefits: Our plans include coverage options for many of life’s needs and a focus on wellness programs that are right for you.
