Join to apply for the Leader, Account Managed Client Team role at BrokerLinkWe are looking for a Leader, Account Managed Client Team to join the Personal Insurance Team in Calgary, AB at our Glenmore office on a Permanent Full Time basis.What the Role Entails:Build and lead a highly engaged teamDrive growth and deliver second to none customer experienceWork with your management team and peers to develop business strategies which deliver outperformanceImplement and execute on these plans by leveraging your team’s talents and skills and through regional collaborationContribute to driving growth and brand awareness in your Territory by planning and driving marketing initiativesAccountable for overall recruiting and staffing of your teamResponsible for managing, coaching, and developing your team, including regular one-on-one meetings and succession planningBuild and execute Engagement Action Plans; motivate staff to participate in company objectives and keep them informed of changes or new directionsEnsure quality of service meets expected standardsExamine customer experience and implement tools and programs to enhance itAnalyze and resolve service and sales problems and follow up on escalated issues as requiredDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partnersAssist in preparing and monitoring branch-level operating and expense budgetsThe Successful Candidate Will Have:Equivalent skills; please apply if you feel you have the experienceAIC - General Level 2 or equivalentLeadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operationsStrong track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locationsExperience leading in a hybrid environmentUnderstanding of customer needs (internal and external)Strong communication and negotiation skillsStrong team player and collaboratorCollege or university degree in related area or commensurate work experienceExperience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving abilities; develops solutions that maximize organizational performanceWillingness to travel within the region as neededBrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
