If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Location: Phnom Penh, CambodiaResponsibilitiesOversee the whole Hong Leong’s IT team and lead application, infra, security and IT service team.Ensure IT service, system and support are met the SLA and with quality.Ensure reliable and stable operations of the technology applied in country.Provide a good solution following business need.Promptly response to business requirements and queries.Prepare and control the IT budget and ensure the budget is well managedWork with new projects related to system requirementDevelop and implement IT policies, SOP and proceduresWork with HLBB’s IT to manage the IT security & risk in bankConduct IT Security awareness training to staff and stakeholdersEnsure IT Security in the bank is complied with SOP and regulatorsManage the DR and BCP drill testPerform the Asset management to align with financeManage the IT project management and assist business project team on the related areaHost IT steering committee, IT risk committee and prepare the IT strategy committeeWork as a BURC of the IT unitNotifies management about potential problems, new legislation that impact the bankRecommendation on improvement of controls and procedures in system securityReview software solution on Security, Compliance requirementsOther tasks assigned by Line Manager/Management teamRequirementsDegree in Information Technology or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge and experience of IT management in bankMinimum 5 years working experience in IT including 3 experience in managerial role in Banking IndustryHave a Banking technology such as Core Banking, MIS, IT Security, Network & Infrastructure experienceUnderstand the technology and banking operationsExperience in dealing with group level, management, and 3rd partyGood planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong communication and negotiation skillsGood Leadership and motivation skills.Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skillConscious of details and accuracyEnglish is proficiencyAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
