If you encounter technical difficulties, send a Word version of your resume to Cameron at [email protected] and reference “Technical Writer.” Responsibilities Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical information into clear, simplified language suitable for all skill levels. Maintain current and accurate knowledge articles.Collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to assess communications needs, recommend plans, secure approvals, and deliver effective solutions aligned with company standards.Create, review, and refine communications across multiple channels, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant standards, including translation requirements.Recommend enhancements and coordinate with partners to keep content up‑to‑date.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align communication strategies.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about new trends, tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and communication methods.Support change management activities from a communications perspective.Assist or lead planning, development, and execution of events and conferences as needed.Review and retire articles when no longer required; keep an article rating of at least four stars.Identify gaps in Virtual Agent knowledge, review conversations, and update content accordingly. Key Qualifications 4–6 years of related experience and a post‑secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent combination).Strong writing and editing skills with a straight‑talk and storytelling approach.Ability to distill complex technical information into key messages.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaboration, analytical, problem‑solving, influence, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 technologies, and a variety of authoring tools.
