Process mapping is charting & understand current operational constraints.This role will maintain a high focus on supporting operational flows and processes. Working directly with plant operations and all other stakeholders involved. The Engineering student will observe activities to minimize the involvement and disruption to plant operations. Main Duties: Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved. Designing or modifying production processes; monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts Working closely with other specialists, including: Engineers, Plant Maintenance, QA, R&D and Operations to ensure all requirements are met. Hands-on Experience: Work on projects that align with your area of study, applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations. Gain hands‑on experience in your field of study.
