Job Responsibilities- Optimize Production Lines: Organize and streamline our production line to maximize efficiency and output.
- Improve Quality Processes: Develop and implement systems to enhance product quality and ensure consistency.
- Sourcing & Testing: Identify, source, and test components, materials, and machinery for manufacturing.
- New Product Development: Collaborate with the design team to create new products and their associated production processes.
- Material Integration: Test and evaluate new materials, integrating them into our products and production lines.
- Enhance Machinery: Improve existing production machinery for greater reliability, precision, and output.
- Invent & Innovate: Design and build new pet products, along with the production systems needed to manufacture them efficiently.
- Production Analysis: Monitor production performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Stable Monday to Friday work hours (8 am - 4 pm) — no shift work or weekends.

Experience Required: Proven track record in manufacturing engineering or related roles, with experience in optimizing production systems and processes.
