As an Associate, you’ll be supporting various financial planning and analysis processes for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals.MNP is proudly Canadian. ResponsibilitiesPreparation of financial plans and other related analyses for High net worth (HNW) clients, along with corresponding reports and presentations with support of AnalystsWorking with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as requiredSupporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date Skills And ExperienceHolds CFP (Certified Financial Planner) credential3-5+ years of experience in a financial planning-focused role in that involves one or more of the below:Using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Conquest or equivalent) to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning adviceKnowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual fundsAccounting-related work experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skillsAttention to detail and a willingness to work independentlyStrong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this position is: CA$105,000 - CA$135,000.
