Location Name : MANOIR OUTREMONT Location City : Outremont Job Status : Permanent : Full Time Job Schedule : Day time Superior : Directeur(trice) Général(e) Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position The health services manager plans, directs and controls activities relating to the provision of care and the well‑being of residents. He ensures compliance with professional standards as well as regulations for the certification of private seniors' residences relating to his sector. Schedule : Days, full time, 40 hours a week, occasionally every other weekend Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS / CIUSSS, etc.) Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Proactively assist and support the residents Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics Provide a range of nursing care and treatments in order to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness Respond to all emergency situations The ideal person has : Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills Good adaptability and tolerance to stress Good analytical skills, good judgment Good listening skills Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Mobilizing leadership Patience and empathy Rigor Required qualifications : Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing Experience in personnel management A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software Member of the OIIAQ Experience in caring for elderly or loss of autonomy clients (an asset) Focused on results and thirst for excellence.
