Job Description As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualisation to final construction and site maintenance. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; Ensuring seamless BIM technology integration throughout the project; Managing digital models and contributing to design optimisation; Overseeing data management, creation, organisation, and maintenance of digital models; Promoting effective communication and information exchange; Streamlining workflows to reduce errors and enhance efficiency; Managing project outputs such as drawings and documents; Supporting the project team and coordinating with operations; Conducting detailed analysis and documentation; Using BIM tools for simulations, clash detection, and performance analysis to optimise the project. Qualifications College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Minimum of five years of experience as a BIM engineer; Proficiency in developing high-precision 3D models using BIM software; Experience in diverse construction environments such as commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Strong communication skills in French and English; Excellent professionalism, work ethic, and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Successful completion of security clearance processes as required by federal contracts.
