Our Team Leaders are frontline leaders — working directly with clients while supporting and guiding staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.Role SummaryAs a Team Leader, you will work directly with adults with disabilities while also providing leadership to staff during shifts. You will model best practices, ensure support plans are followed, and help staff manage routines and behaviours.
