Payroll Specialist – Remote (Canada) Western Financial Group is a leading insurance broker with over 2,200 professionals across 180+ locations. We value well‑being, teamwork, and work‑life balance. Typical Day Analyze, prepare, and assist with payroll data entry Complete year‑end requirements: produce T4s and T2200s, process RRSP contributions, garnishments, and third‑party payments Set up new hires, process terminations and employee changes related to payroll Process manual / off‑cycle pays Manage the Time & Attendance system Produce and maintain employment and other payroll‑related records Qualifications 7+ years of payroll experience with 1,500+ employees Experience validating payroll and processing payroll in multiple systems Canadian Payroll Certification (CPC) required Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent preferred Proven experience with WorkForce and SAP/SuccessFactors System implementation experience an asset Hours / Location Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Remote opportunities within Canada. Compensation $51,000 – $65,000 per year.
