What we offer $28.84/hour after 3 months A competitive compensation package, vacation, benefits and an RRSP matching program Operating the latest model trucks in our fleet Overtime paid after 44 hours The tools and support needed to be successful in your career and professional development A dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun Job Description What you're responsible for: Operating an AZ class roll‑off truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and securing the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Performing manual tarping if necessary. Performing routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition. Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation. Qualifications Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean CVOR and driver abstract. Experience driving an 18‑speed manual transmission. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ driver. Previous experience operating a roll‑off truck (preferred). Customer service‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required. Some familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset).
