Program Manager, Allied Health Spectrum Health Care (SHC) invites you to apply for the Program Manager, Allied Health role. We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping the future of health care in our community. As the Program Manager, Allied Health you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, leading the charge in delivering top‑tier, patient‑centered allied health services. You’ll guide and support professionals across disciplines—including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, Social Work, and Dietetics—ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Champion professional practice and service delivery Ensure regulatory standards are met with confidence Drive workforce development and continuous improvement Collaborate across teams to create seamless, integrated care experiences Align services with organizational goals, funding frameworks, and provincial standards Lead and support allied health teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care Oversee professional standards, development, and performance Manage caseloads, resources, and service priorities Monitor program outcomes and drive quality improvement Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards Foster collaboration across clinical teams and community partners Recruit, coach, and retain top allied health talent Represent allied health in strategic planning and stakeholder forums Support innovation, budget management, and program growth Qualifications Master’s degree (preferred) in a regulated allied health profession (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, Social Work, Dietetics) Registered and in good standing with the relevant Ontario regulatory college 7+ years clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of Ontario’s home‑care system and community care models Proven skills in program management, quality improvement, and operations Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Project Management and Information Technology Industry Hospitals and Health Care Additional Information Curious to learn more about us?
