Career Opportunity Acro Commerce is looking for a skilled Account Manager—someone who is an accomplished account professional, comfortable managing day‑to‑day client relationships, and able to generate new business from existing accounts. Responsibilities Identify key project streams within accounts using the pain funnel during meeting cadences. Identify key client stakeholders within each project stream. Grow accounts through prospecting activities, other streams, and affiliated companies. Document connected and decoupled streams and how they interlink. Work with the Acro Project Manager and client Product Owner to understand epics, sprints, milestones and launches. Maintain the program roadmap and each individual project plan. Identify and advocate for resources to complete projects. Collaborate with Acro Account Executives to develop proposals, contracts, resourcing agreements, and maintain MSA. Complete client budgeting exercises. Identify project Epics with the client and project team and develop JIRA board. Present and sell to Director and VP‑level stakeholders. Meet or exceed KPIs for sales activity, sales targets, and sales/marketing initiatives. Follow ops process: navigate Ops‑Response, create new Ops, manage timelines, manage Ops board. Follow CRM processes: entering ops, forecasting, updating ops, and month‑end activities. Participate in the creation of sales capture plans and work with the Sales Director to develop strategic direction for sales each year. Assist in developing strategies and tactics to obtain new contacts, grow accounts, and win past lost leads/prospects/accounts. Meet or exceed individual sales targets year over year. Knowledge of Sandler sales training or similar training is a benefit. Expect 20‑40% sales growth year over year. Prepare for and have regular debriefs with the Senior Sales Director and VP to track sales activities. Travel to customers as necessary to support an account program. Assist accounting in collection‑related issues. Represent Acro Commerce in appropriate presentations. Be available for daily and weekly meetings with the Director to review activity, opportunities, targets, competitive landscape and overdue accounts. Communicate well with Account Managers, Supervisors, and Clients regarding work requests, problems and defects. Act as a peer/mentor to other account managers and be comfortable asking for help from team members. Qualifications Established industry relationships and experience working with executive‑level business and marketing leaders within client organizations. Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Good negotiating skills and the ability to research new business growth opportunities. Excellent people skills and account management abilities are a must. Seamlessly nurture clients into the next phase of their projects, equipping them and our teams with the right information. Ability to identify a problem before it becomes a big issue. Network within accounts for referrals and introductions to other companies (farming and hunting role). Excellent internet connection required to sustain an hour‑long conference call.
