Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Lead Join NTT DATA as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Lead in Vancouver, British Columbia (remote). You will lead the implementation, support, and rollout of Microsoft D365 F&O solutions across a range of project complexities, working closely with architects and cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and deliver enterprise solutions. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Collaborate with project stakeholders and solution architects to align designs with industry best practices and business requirements. Estimate effort, design technical components, develop in X++, test, and deploy D365 F&O enhancements and modifications. Manage application build, testing, and deployment across multiple environments. Design and develop integration layers using Azure technologies to support data synchronization across systems. Create and maintain detailed technical design documentation. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues within the D365 F&O ecosystem. Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including full lifecycle implementations. Strong hands‑on experience in X++, Data Management Framework (DMF), OData APIs, Business Events, and Data Integrations. Proven expertise in developing and consuming custom web services. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and other Azure integration tools. Proficient in Agile/Onshore‑Offshore collaboration models. Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, build/release processes, and change management tools. Familiarity with application integration patterns, asynchronous message handling, and enterprise communication protocols.
