Join our team today Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with seniors and their families, and with local businesses to generate referral partnerships. Conduct prospecting and community outreach to identify potential clients. Tour potential prospects and advance them through the sales process. Participate in and host various events to promote residences. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residence’s care levels (IL, ISL, MC, AL) and your market area. Manage the sales process with a focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. Utilize business acumen in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development to support organizational success.
