Join our team today Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with seniors and their families, and with local businesses to generate referral partnerships. Conduct prospecting and community outreach to identify potential clients. Tour potential prospects and advance them through the sales process. Participate in and host various events to promote residences. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residence’s care levels (IL, ISL, MC, AL) and your market area. Manage the sales process with a focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. Utilize business acumen in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development to support organizational success. Experience At least two (2) years of direct sales experience with proven success. Customer and relationship building focused sales experience. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within local community. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Event management experience is an asset. Experience with media management.
