We have a job for youThe Boisé Vanier private seniors' residence, located along the St. Charles River, is seeking an assistant nurse for this position. Experience in residential care and personnel management is an asset.The person will be primarily responsible for clerical tasks: scheduling, payroll, reception, completing notes, post-fall reports, and other administrative tasks.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with every other weekendSalary: $30 to $32 per hourROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS, etc.)Carry out/contribute to the clinical assessment and monitoring of residents and ensure work routes are updated according to their specific needsCollaborate in the staffing process of your sector by ensuring the reception, training and integration of new employeesCollaborate on staffing/billing analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of health servicesEnsure the accuracy of the data entered in the different work routes in SymoIn the absence of the Health Services Manager, take charge of communication and ensure that the bond of trust with residents, their families and loved ones is maintainedParticipate in the establishment and maintenance of protocols necessary for prevention and appropriate care of residentsPlan human resources and ensure timely replacement of care staff as neededPractice while respecting the laws and standards in force, the scale of values of residents and their beliefsProviding health and wellness care with the goal of maintaining and restoring health and preventing diseaseTake appropriate measures with regard to emergency situations that may arise in the establishment.Work in close collaboration with the Health Services Manager to supervise and mobilize the work of registered and/or auxiliary nurses and resident attendantsEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursingExperience in personnel managementA working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook softwareMember of the OIIAQUp-to-date general first aid CPR/AED trainingExperience in personnel management (an asset)Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in nursingComfort in using computer toolsBENEFITS:Uniform providedGroup insuranceTelemedicineEmployee Assistance ProgramSick days and time off for family obligationsVacationConsistent scheduleHuman management approachChallenging opportunities, up to your ambitionsJOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Evening
