Learn more at www.dxc.technology. Essential Job Functions Serve as the single point of contact for executives to resolve complex system‑related problems. Assess diagnostic information and recommend alternative courses of action, including process improvements. Pre‑room check hardware for executive meetings and assist or be present when hardware issues arise. Support executive director events, including hotel conferences, by setting up and monitoring hardware. Connect to video conferences, troubleshoot minor incidents, and collaborate with the VC team. Test Webex or similar platforms to verify face‑tracking and correct operation of customer devices onsite. Configure phones and tablets, transfer data, and set up email and Wi‑Fi connectivity. Prepare, configure, and replace hardware such as laptops, desktops, cell phones, and tablets. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. College diploma or university degree in a computer‑related field. 4‑5 years of IT technical support experience; more is an asset. Experience with recent Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) in an enterprise environment. Experience with Office 365 products in an enterprise environment. Experience solving hardware and software technical problems, including Office 365 and SAP. Familiarity with company escalation policies. Other Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good initiative and proactivity. Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system. Networking experience and ability to troubleshoot basic to complex network problems. Experience with mobile devices (Android and iOS). Knowledge of MDM functionality and mobile device security (e.g., Samsung Knox). Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Lenovo/Dell hardware. Work Environment Client or office environment – onsite at client facilities. On‑call requirement: 24x7. Monday–Friday days. Shift schedule: 8‑hour days. Certifications CompTIA A+ Certification (current or prior) – asset. CompTIA Network+ or CCNA – asset. Position is on‑site in Toronto, Ontario.
